As one of Vancouver’s most eager culinary minds, Chef Brandon Dac is on his way to becoming one of the City’s best chefs. Since graduating with Honours from the Art Institute of Vancouver in 2009, Brandon has quickly worked his way up. In 2013, Brandon joined forces with business partner Sean Fay, launching them into their own catering business aptly named Boy With A Knife. With Brandon as Head Chef and Sean handling front of house and the intricacies of owning a small business, the two of them have grown from a two man show to a fully functional catering company, complete with a sit-down restaurant-grill and a sandwich bar-deli for early morning and on the go.
