It is safe to say that Ryan and his team at Boy with a Knife completely exceeded our expectations for our wedding day. We were blown away by the quality and creativity of the food! All of our guests are still raving over a month later about how they have never had such fantastic food at a wedding, and beyond that, that it was one of the best dinners they’ve ever had. This is especially important to me as a vegetarian with carnivorous guests. I wanted to show them that vegetarian food can be beautiful and filling, and that’s exactly what BWAK did. Every course came out perfectly timed, hot, and beautifully presented. Our guests also mentioned how pleased they were about how plentiful and delicious the food was during cocktail hour. The staff was so attentive that we didn’t have a single guest looking around for food, as there was always someone nearby serving their incredible canapés.
BWAK played a huge part in making our wedding day a beautiful success. We will most definitely hire them for events in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone planning an event.
